- Order confirmation?

- Order shipment – time and delivery?
All prepaid orders are shipped within 24 hours to 48 hours. All COD orders are first confirmed on call and then shipped within 24 hours to 48 hours. We ship throughout the week except on weekends and public holidays during normal working hours. Final delivery time will vary based on your area or location and can take anywhere between 3-7 business days.To ensure that your order reaches you in good condition, in the shortest span of time, we ship through reputed courier agencies
- Shipping or delivery charges?
There is free shipping for all online paid orders within India.
All COD orders are charged with an additional fees of Rs. 80 + GST as COD handling fees.

You can also track your order if you create an account with us. The tracking number will be available once you login to your customer account, within 1 day of shipping date.

Yes! Indeed! After all our motto is “Let the gifting begin!”
Gift wrap option is available for all products, (except big size stuff toys) and you will see this option during checkout. You can also write a gift message for your loved ones.
